Texas were formed in Glasgow in the late eighties by bass player Johnny McElhone and singer Sharleen Spiteri and achieved instant success with their debut single I Don t Want A Lover and album Southside in 1989. They truly hit the bigtime with their multi-Platinum album White On Blonde in the mid-nineties which generated five UK Top Ten singles. This concert, Texas only DVD release to date, was filmed at the Bercy in Paris in June 2001 on the massive tour in support of their 6xPlatinum Greatest Hits album.
