Celkem obsahuje dvacet osm písní skupiny včetně největších hitů jako Sheena Was A Punk Rocker, California Sun či Blitzkrieg Bop. Výroční reedice je na vinylové verzi doplněna dalšími dobovými nahrávkami z koncertů Ramones.
